Standard Shipping on all orders to the continental 48 states is via UPS or USPS Priority Mail from California. We reserve the right to ship using either method at our discretion in order to provide you with the best possible delivery service for your destination. Most orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority. We provide our customers with fast, safe, reliable shipping. Customers who are in the San Fernando Valley area are also welcome to choose to have us hold their orders for pick-up. We ship orders via UPS or the USPS; all orders are insured and shipped in new, heavy-duty boxes. Any in stock item will be shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 business days and should reach its destination within 3-8 days.

Shipping Cost for UPS Ground: Our shipping costs are based on weight and will be displayed on our site when the customer enters the checkout process, before payment information is entered. The following is the table of the costs for UPS Ground Service:

Shipping Cost for Next Day Air Saver and 2Day Air: Our site displays the actual cost of these shipments during checkout. The rates vary based on your Zip Code and your package's weight; the site will calculate the cost for you and display it during checkout. Please note that Next Day Air Saver and 2Day Air shipments will ship the business day AFTER they are placed. Business Days are Monday through Friday.

Shipping Cost for Priority Mail: Priority Mail is only offered to PO Boxes, Military Addresses, AK, HI, and PR. The shipping cost for this service will be displayed upon checkout.

Shipping Cost for First Class Mail: Only two types of items can be packaged in bubble mailers and shipped via First Class Mail. They are paint markers and trading cards. The shipping cost for these items is $1 for the first item and $0.25 for each additional item for up to 10 items. The site will not charge accurate shipping on these items, so we will manually reduce the shipping on all orders for these items. IMPORTANT NOTE: The shipping cost is only an estimate number. It varies with the size of the box its shipped in, the weight and the state to where its being shipped. If you choose UPS ground and the cost of shipping is more than what we estimate we will ship it via Priority mail which costs less and adjust the price accordingly.

We no longer ship internationally or accept international orders. We do not ship out on Weekends and Holidays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

How to Buy: Buying from toymandala.com is easy and secure. When you place an order, you can feel confident that your credit card information is protected by our secure server. For every orderable item, there will be an "add to cart" button. (If there is no price on the item, chances are this item is currently out of stock.) This button adds the item to your shopping cart. Putting something in your shopping cart does not commit you to buying it. After you put something in your basket, you can choose to place the order immediately, or continue shopping. You can put as many items as you want in your shopping basket. When you're finished and want to place the order, you can get back to your shopping cart by clicking on the show order button on the left side of our website. You must be over the age of 18 to place an order on our site.

Pre Order: We'll only charge your credit card once item/s becomes in stock or available to ship. We reserve the right to charge your order in full 30 days before items are available to validate your order. We will notify you in such an event and will charge your card within 24 hours. We ask you not combine in stock items with pre-order items when placing and order. Instead do different transactions for each order. If you do place an order with both in stock and pre-order items we will ship to you first the in stock items with a separate shipping charge when your pre-order items become available to ship. CANCELLED PRE-ORDERS WILL BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE OF 10% OF THE ORDER AMOUNT WITH A MINIMUM FEE OF $9.95 PER CANCELLED ORDER. NO EXCEPTIONS! Tax& Duties: All California customer's orders are charged 8.25% state sales tax. International customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, charges, or tariffs applied at the time of delivery. All dollar amounts are in US currency. Your credit card company will give you the best rate of exchange at the time of purchase.

Return Policy: Most orders, unless otherwise specified on our website, can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving.All Returns must be in like new condition and still in original factory package. Due to the collectable nature of the product we will not be accepting exchange or returns for this item. Return and Parts Policy for Model Kit Orders: When orders are received, it is important that our customers inspect their models carefully. In the very rare event that there is a part that is missing or broken, we need to be notified immediately to discuss the situation. The entire model will have to be returned to us in the same condition it was sent. NO PARTS CAN BE CUT OFF OF ANY TREES! Once a part is cut from a tree, we have no way of knowing if the customer broke the part or the manufacturer. Therefore, if any part has been cut off of any tree on the model, we can not offer replacement parts for any reason.

Return Procedure: Any returns should be sent back to the address on the shipping label. Once we receive your return, a refund will either be applied back to the credit card used for the purchase or a check will be issued. When returning merchandise, be sure to include a note with your order number and the details of the return.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION When You place your order your credit card is not charged. It is only authorized. The minute we ship out your package your credit card will be charged.
